Delete your VoxInk account
Deleting VoxInk from your phone or clearing app storage does not delete your server account. Use the signed-in deletion control in the app when available, or send a deletion request from the email associated with your account.
How to request deletion
Open VoxInk account/settings and choose Delete Account. Re-authentication may be required. The API performs the account cascade after identity verification.
Email privacy@voxink.ai from the address used to sign in. State that you want the VoxInk account deleted. Support may request identity verification but will not ask for your password.
You may separately revoke VoxInk in your Google permissions or Apple account settings. Revoking provider access alone does not delete the VoxInk server account.
What deletion covers
The deletion cascade removes the canonical VoxInk account, linked sign-in identities and associated service records covered by the deletion contract. Local app data must be removed separately by clearing storage or uninstalling.
Some transaction, refund/chargeback, fraud-prevention, security, deleted-account tombstone and legally required records may be retained for their applicable period. Where practical, retained records are dissociated from the deleted account. Legacy document content may require an operational cleanup request; include this in your email if applicable.
We will acknowledge an email request and explain verification, completion, or any lawful exception. Contact support@voxink.ai if you cannot access the original email.

删除 VoxInk 账号
从手机卸载 VoxInk 或清除 App 数据，不会删除服务器账号。请优先使用 App 内已登录的删除账号功能；如果当前版本没有该入口，请从账号关联邮箱发出删除请求。
操作步骤
进入 VoxInk 的账号/设置，选择“删除账号”。系统可能要求重新验证身份，验证后 API 执行账号级联删除。
使用登录 VoxInk 的邮箱发送邮件至 privacy@voxink.ai，明确要求删除账号。支持人员可能要求身份验证，但不会索取密码。
可以另外在 Google 或 Apple 账号设置中撤销 VoxInk 权限。仅撤销第三方授权不会删除 VoxInk 服务器账号。
删除范围与例外
账号级联删除覆盖 canonical VoxInk 账号、关联登录身份及删除合同包含的服务记录。本地数据需另外通过清除存储或卸载删除。
交易、退款/拒付、防欺诈、安全、账号删除 tombstone 和法律要求的记录，可能按适用期限继续保留；可行时会与已删除账号解除关联。legacy 文档内容可能需要运营清理，请在邮件中一并说明。
