Privacy, in plain language.
VoxInk processes the information needed to provide voice input, translation, meetings, documents, accounts, subscriptions and support. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-company advertising tracking.
Information we process
Account and identity
When you sign in, we may store your name, email address, sign-in provider identifier, VoxInk user ID, account links, plan, quota and entitlement state. Depending on the platform and sign-in method, an account may also include a phone number or an approximate country used for account operations, security or analytics.
Voice and requested text processing
When you start recording, audio is sent to a speech provider for transcription. Direct streaming is normally transient. If a live connection fails, VoxInk may temporarily buffer a bounded recovery recording on the device and server. Recovery files are removed after processing or failure, with automated cleanup for crash residue.
Transcribed, translated, polished, clipboard and actively selected text is sent only to perform the feature you request. Ordinary voice typing is not kept as a dictation-history product. Operational and security logs may contain content-free request metadata and controlled error categories.
Meetings
Meeting transcripts and related metadata may be saved to your account so that you can review and delete meeting history. They remain until you delete them, delete the account, or they are removed under an applicable retention rule.
Documents and images
Document translation processes the source file or image, extracted text/OCR, translated content, previews and exports. For jobs created after the production retention cutoff, job content is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Some jobs created before enforcement began are isolated as legacy data and may remain longer while controlled migration and cleanup are completed. They are not exempt from deletion requests; contact us if you want associated legacy document data removed.
Content-free document telemetry—such as job status, format, language pair, page count, duration, tier and controlled error class—may be retained for up to 180 days. It does not intentionally contain document text, images, filenames or access tokens.
Analytics and diagnostics
We process product interactions, onboarding/funnel events, feature usage, app/platform version, plan and quota usage, error classes, and limited device or network identifiers for functionality, analytics, reliability, fraud prevention and support. Funnel events may be retained for up to 90 days. We do not intentionally place voice, transcript or document content in analytics events.
Payments and subscriptions
Apple, Google Play or Stripe handles payment credentials. VoxInk receives transaction, product, subscription, entitlement and limited payment metadata needed to activate plans, reconcile purchases, prevent fraud and provide support. VoxInk does not receive full card or bank-account details.
Feedback and support
If you contact support or submit feedback, we process the contact details, message, diagnostic context and any image or video you choose to attach. Do not include information that is not needed to resolve the issue.
Accessibility, keyboard and clipboard
Android Accessibility is optional. When enabled, VoxInk may inspect the focused input state, current app context needed for the floating control, and text you actively select for translation. Selected text is held briefly on-device and sent only when you request translation. VoxInk is designed not to read passwords, PINs, payment fields or unrelated screen content.
The iOS keyboard uses Full Access for network communication required by requested transcription and translation. VoxInk does not use it to build a general keystroke history. Where automatic insertion is unavailable, VoxInk may place a result on the system clipboard; clipboard behavior is also controlled by the operating system and other apps you authorize.

Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise that a provider has a particular training or retention practice unless that practice is confirmed by its applicable contract or published terms.
Retention, security and deletion
- Temporary voice-recovery files are removed after processing/failure, with safety cleanup for abandoned files.
- New document-job content is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours; the legacy exception is described above.
- Document telemetry may remain up to 180 days and funnel events up to 90 days.
- Account, meeting, quota and entitlement records remain while needed to provide the account or until deletion.
- Transaction, chargeback, fraud, security, deleted-account tombstone and legally required records may remain for the applicable operational or legal period. Where practical, retained records are dissociated from the deleted account.
Data is encrypted in transit and production access is restricted. No security measure is perfect, but we use access controls and minimization appropriate to the service.
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data; it does not delete your server account. Use the account-deletion instructions or email privacy@voxink.ai.
Your choices and contact
You can disable microphone, Accessibility, overlay, keyboard Full Access and other optional permissions in system settings. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Individual meeting or document controls may also be available in the product.

VoxInk is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current effective date appears above.

我们处理的信息
账号与身份
登录时,我们可能保存姓名、邮箱、登录提供方标识、VoxInk 用户 ID、账号关联、套餐、额度和权益状态。根据平台与登录方式,账号还可能包含电话号码或用于账号运营、安全和分析的粗略国家/地区。
语音与用户主动提交的文字
开始录音后,音频会发送给语音服务商进行转写。直接流式音频通常是临时处理。实时连接失败时,VoxInk 可能在设备和服务器暂存有大小与时长限制的恢复录音;处理完成、失败或发生崩溃残留时会清理。
转写、翻译、润色、剪贴板文字和用户主动选择的文字,仅在用户调用相应功能时发送处理。普通语音输入不会作为“听写历史”产品长期保存。运营与安全日志可能保存不含正文的请求元数据和受控错误类别。
会议
会议转写和相关元数据可能保存在账号中,供用户回看和删除;直到用户删除、删除账号或适用保留规则到期。
文档与图片
文档翻译会处理源文件/图片、提取文字与 OCR、译文、预览和导出文件。生产 retention cutoff 之后创建的新任务,其内容计划在 24 小时内删除。强制规则启用前创建的少量 legacy 任务在受控迁移与清理完成前可能保留更久。用户仍可要求删除相关 legacy 文档数据。
不含正文的文档遥测(状态、格式、语言对、页数、耗时、档位与受控错误类别)最长可保留 180 天;不应包含文档正文、图片、文件名或访问 token。
分析与诊断
我们会处理产品交互、引导漏斗、功能使用、App/平台版本、套餐额度、错误类别及有限设备或网络标识,用于功能、分析、可靠性、防欺诈与支持。漏斗事件最长可保留 90 天;分析事件不应包含语音、转写正文或文档内容。
支付、反馈与支持
Apple、Google Play 或 Stripe 处理支付凭据;VoxInk 接收交易、商品、订阅、权益及有限支付元数据,不接收完整银行卡或银行账户资料。联系支持或提交反馈时,我们会处理联系方式、消息、诊断上下文和用户主动附加的图片/视频。
辅助功能、键盘与剪贴板
Android 辅助功能是可选的。启用后,VoxInk 可读取当前输入焦点、悬浮工具所需的 App 上下文,以及用户主动选择并要求翻译的文字。选择文字仅在设备短暂保留并在用户请求后发送。产品设计不读取密码、PIN、支付字段或无关屏幕内容。
iOS 键盘的“完全访问”用于用户请求的联网转写和翻译,不用于建立通用按键历史。无法自动写入时,结果可能放入系统剪贴板;剪贴板也受操作系统和用户授权的其他 App 控制。
服务商
VoxInk 使用 Soniox(语音识别)、Google 服务(登录、AI 处理和云服务)、Apple(登录、App Store 与购买)、Google Play、Stripe(网页订阅结账)以及云端/API/文档处理服务商。服务商依据各自条款与隐私政策处理完成服务所需的信息。除非合同或公开条款已经确认,我们不会作出服务商“绝不训练”或特定保留期的绝对承诺。
保留、安全与删除
- 语音恢复临时文件在处理或失败后删除,并有崩溃残留清理。
- 新文档任务内容计划在 24 小时内删除;legacy 例外见上文。
- 文档遥测最长 180 天,漏斗事件最长 90 天。
- 账号、会议、额度和权益记录在提供服务所需期间或直到删除。
- 交易、退款争议、防欺诈、安全、账号删除 tombstone 和法律要求的记录,可在删除账号后按适用期限保留;可行时会与已删除账号解除关联。
传输使用加密,生产访问受到限制。
清除 App 数据或卸载只会删除本地数据,不会删除服务器账号。请使用账号删除说明,或邮件联系 privacy@voxink.ai。
用户选择与联系
用户可在系统设置关闭麦克风、辅助功能、悬浮窗、键盘完全访问等可选权限,并可在适用法律下请求访问、更正或删除数据。
